About the Book

Curtis And Me is a series of humorous stories about a pig named Curtis and is written in poetic rhyming style.  There are many animals and fantasy-like characters with various patterns throughout the book.  The characters all have unusual names.  The book is a delightful presentation of Curtis and his friends, including trips to different sites, such as, Bluebelle’s Bluff, Jetson’s Horn, Beatles Bay, Otter’s Crest, Beaswell’s Spire, and others.  There are also tea parties and fun times with the animals.  The book will transform the reader into a realm of fantasy, imagination, and humor and should appeal to people of all ages.

About the Author

I grew up on an orange ranch in Southern California.  After ten years, my family moved to the city but I always dreamed about returning to the country life.  That never happened, so, after receiving my Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at Occidental College, near Los Angeles, California, and many years later, I began my writing career.  I have written humorous fiction as well as an abundance of long, humorous poems about various characters in different settings.  I have had four books published, Tales of Farmer Jack, Adventures of Farmer Jack, The Baron, and Pirate Adventures.  The dominant themes in my books are fantasy and humor.  I have been blessed with an active imagination and a humorous sense of life.  I have always been a creative type of person and, over the years, have had numerous hobbies and interests.  I am an avid animal lover and work with several dog rescue groups.  I am also a big sports fan.  Curtis and Me combines imagination and humor.  I hope this book will bring enjoyment and pleasure to others.
