About the Author
Tilawan known to his friends by his initials SST, had witnessed the rigours of the wars in Liberia, Sierra Leone and the Sudan, he was also involved in conflict resolution of Bakassi Peninsula and that of the Niger Delta Region of Nigeria.The author holds a bachelors degree in chemistry and 2 masters degrees; in International Affairs and Diplomacy, and in Law Enforcement and Criminal Justice. Tilawan had conducted several studies on international conflict resolution and the dynamics of human interactions
