This manual is a detailed caregiver’s guide to activities of daily living for the elderly with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease. Lesson plans are included, giving practical advice on daily tasks of dining, bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting and behavior.
About the Author
Dr. Ramage’s career spans over forty years in the Field of Human Services. He holds graduate degrees in both Clinical Social Work and Behavioral Psychology, followed by post graduate training in behavior modification, behavior and cognitive therapy. He is a Diplomate in Clinical Social Work, a Fellow and Diplomate in Medical Psychotherapy, and is an Activity Consultant Certified with the National Certification Council for Activity Professionals. He is listed in Who's Who in the American Academy of Human Services and in Who's Who Among Service Professionals. Dr. Ramage has practiced in both the public and private sectors in mental health and nursing home industry. During his career, he has worked as a clinician, educator, administrator, manager, consultant, and is the author of numerous professional articles and books.
