I’m Sandra Pearsall from Baltimore Maryland. One day I had a vision that I would be financially free. I had a desire to reach financial freedom by age 35. Even though I had nothing I knew that real estate investing was where I wanted to be. I heard how so many people was able to gain their financial freedom or had become very rich by investing into real estate. So I decided to try it. I purchased my first investment property in 2002 and by the year 2005 I had reached a total of 9 properties. I had now tripled my income and was able to quit my job. I was able to reach my goal before my 35th birthday.
Now owing a total of 14 properties and still going.
What I really want to share with my readers are that it is possible. Don’t think about doing it anymore because you are just wasting time. Just do it. This book will provide you with information that could change your life.

I’m now 37 years old. Born and raised in Baltimore Maryland. I have 2 loving parents Patsy Jackson mother age 57 and James Moore father age 67. Two strong people who has been a Blessing in my life. I have 7 sisters and 3 brothers.
I attended public schools in Baltimore. I dropped out of high school at age 16. I experienced a date rape at the age of 16 which I ended up pregnant. Had a miscarriage. Life was really getting off on a bad start. But deep inside I knew that change was on the way. I remember working 2 restaurant jobs at the same time to make ends meet. I later received my GED and started a Nursing Assistant program which quickly landed me a job caring for patients at a Nursing Home. I remember being happy about making $5.25 per hour which was almost $2.00 more an hour more than what the restaurants was paying me.
I took some Medical Office and Pharmacy training at the community college which also quickly landed me a job in the Pharmacy. Still living pay to pay I was looking for a life changing experience. Real Estate changed my life. I started investing in real estate in 2002 and was able to gain financial freedom at the age of 34 in 2005. I have received thousands of e-mails from people all over telling me how they were able to purchase their first property after reading my first book. Just knowing that I’ve inspired people to purchase a home is a success.
Advice:
Do not let obstacles hold you back. Use any negative energy as a motivational tool. Do something productive everyday, and live your own dream. You’ll find happiness doing what you love. If you decide to work a job. Work because you want to be there. Not because you have to be there.
