About the Author

Born and raised in Baltimore Maryland.  Pearsall did not have much money growing up.  She dropped out of high school and was living on her own by age 17. Even when she got into the workforce, the money was barely enough to make ends meet.  Struggling most of her life she was destine to fail.  Pearsall life turned around in 2002.  She started investing into real estate.  Pearsall says at that point she was tired of working so hard.  tired of not spending time with the family, tired of living paycheck to paycheck.  Pearsall was tired of being tired. Now owning 13 properties Pearsall reached financial freedom at age 34.
