When you first picked up this book and read the title, was the first thought in your mind the thought of you not having any problems? Or was your thought of someone else in need of this book? These questions are to lead you to an examination of your own life as a minister or leader in the ministry of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
When God placed this book in my heart and allowed me to share it with you, His sole purpose is that He wanted to expose the sin that is hidden behind some leaders and to bring to light divine revelation and deliverance to all leaders.
As you read this book, you may be able to find some character flaws in your own personality; if you do, remember it is His mercy that will bring you to repentance.
If we are going to fulfill God’s purpose and plan as effective leaders in these last days, then we must receive His correction so that we can truly “make a difference” in this lost and dying world.
There is a much harsher judgment on leaders; because we are responsible for the lives of God’s people. This responsibility means that we should lead by example and that we should live our lives by the message we preach. Therefore, we should always exemplify holiness.
I have prepared for you a questionnaire that will reveal whether or not you should continue onto the next page. If you are truly honest with yourself, then you, my friend, will find out that God’s mercy for deliverance is available for you.

Prejudice, is only one sin that is hidden in the lives of God’s leaders. As leaders, we are very good at covering up this sin and we most certainly do not want to be exposed. When we talk about prejudice, the first thought that enters our minds are people, particularly race against race. Racial prejudice, characterized as people prejudice, is wide spread throughout the world. But, why do we experience it in our Churches? Here is the answer. I believe the leaders of this day have been given the obligation to detect and to destroy this seed; however, it is never dealt with because it is ALIVE in the leadership.
When we are dealing with our secret sins, the first thing we must realize is although we have it tucked away and we think that it will never be exposed, then we are only kidding ourselves. Because, of the love that God has for us, He will soon bring us to our knees. Therefore it would be better for us if we repent and ask for deliverance rather than for God to expose it. God only exposes it when we fail to heed His cry of repentance.
My prayer is this: As you read this book, that you and you ministry will be totally and completely exposed, so that Jesus will set you free.
When you stand in the pulpit, knowing what you do behind closed doors, does it ever occur to you that God’s heart is grieved with your undisciplined life, and have you ever though about the seed you are sowing as you present His gospel? I know you have to be fighting within yourselves; because as God’s Word comes forth, out of your mouth; it has to target the very sin you’re in. Leaders, you must receive His truth, if you are ever going to experience True and Fatal Freedom.
