My name is Victor Lance
Morgan. I am 39 years old and a former
substance abuser. Cocaine,
marijuana, and alcohol. Did it for ten years.
Something came over me one day and I knew I needed to change my
life. Been clean and
sober for the last eight years now.
My motto: take it one day at a time.
It’s something I struggle with on a daily basis. Probably for the rest of my
life. I know I made the choice to
do the things I did, but I feel like I’ve lost a lot of my life. A lot of time. But, I am a strong
believer in God. It was Him that helped
me turn my life around. Now that I have been given a second chance, I’m gonna try to do all the right things.
BMW. Yeah, that’s what I drive, but it’s also what
the ladies call me. BMW. Black Man Working. I’m single and no children. I’m not opposed to getting married. I would love to settle down one day and have
a family. I just haven’t been lucky
enough to find that special one. I know
God will lead me in the right direction.
As a matter of fact, He’s already
started. Sent me one of the most beautiful sistahs
that I ever thought existed. Shárei.
She is intelligent, ambitious, independent, sexy, loving and caring. I’ve never met anyone like her before. I’ve only known her for a short time, but it
seems like it’s been a lifetime. Time
flies when I’m with her. It’s so
comfortable just being with her. She’s
so easy to talk to. What really scares
me most is that I know I already love her.
Yeah, scares the hell outta me. I didn’t think something like this would happened to me, especially this soon. I’m still trying to get myself together. Besides, I still have some other women in my
life. Well, they’re just friends. I’ve told Shárei
about these other women cause that’s how I am. Always keep things on the up and up. She understands that she’s my heart, my
motivation. A positive
effect in my life. My Number One Lady.
Yes indeed. Shárei is
definitely the best thing that has happened to me in a long time.
My name is Shárei
Baldwin. Born and raised in Harlem, I moved to sunny California
and have been here for more than 10 years.
I work as the Administrator for an entertainment company. I handle the day-to-day functions of the
company, oversee Human Resources and take care of the accounting. It can get taxing sometimes, but they pay me
well and I have an office overlooking the Pacific Ocean
here in Santa Monica.
I have always found California
men to be somewhat trifling and just a different bred from the men back
East. That was until recently. See I met this really cool guy. His name is
Victor. Victor Lance Morgan. Um. Just saying his name gets my pulse
racing. He is so fione. Sandy brown wavy hair, the kind you can just
run your fingers through. Hazel eyes,
full kissable lips, a heart melting smile, all wrapped in a smooth,
caramel-colored skin. Oh, let me not
forget. Victor has one cute ass. Sho’ can fill out a
pair of jean quite nicely. Delicious.
I met him at a party. We danced and we talked. It seemed like we were old friends. We exchanged numbers. Before I could call him, he beat me to the
punch. From that time on, we have been
together, inseparable. Instance
attraction, and I do mean attraction.
That was three years ago. Things are a lot different now.
We use to spend Sunday evenings
together just watching television. We’d
go to the movies or out to dinner. The
weekends were ours since our schedules during the week didn’t jive.
