MISS KITTY S FAVORITE INTERNATIONAL RECIPES
Miss Kitty, Queen of Afganahound, was moping around the castle. Princess Kitty, her granddaughter, and her husband Prince Spike were visiting, Prince Spike s parents the Emporer and Emporess of Mongolia.
King Chewah, Miss Kitty s husband, was exercising in their pool. Madam Wong was looking after the King. Madam Wong was the Massage Therapist from Mongolia, she was a gift from the Emporess.
Prince Albert, her grandson, was shopping with his parents, Queen Chewe and Prince Big Paws. His 17th birthday was coming up soon.
Miss Kitty wanted to have a great 17th birthday party for him. They didn t have a hugh party for him on his 16th birthday, for they were traveling to Rome to see the Royals Wrestle in Rome. They saw Claudius and Caligular defend their World Gold Belt, which was well done.
Miss Kitty decided to call Madam Lazanga to her quarters to help plan the party.
Madam Lazanga came quickly for she knew the Queen did not want to be kept waiting.
Miss Kitty wanted to invite her friends from around the world. She wanted to serve food that she tasted when she had traveled to see their different countries.
Her chef Henri hired 2 chefs and 6 helpers to help him prepare all this international food, to be served at Prince Albert s birthday party.
Madam Lazanga said, "Miss Kitty, I think we should send out invitations to all your Royal friends and families."
Miss Kitty said yes, that s a good idea. I want to meet some of these young ladies that constantly call my Prince Albert, my dear grandson.
Miss Kitty rang for Henri. When he arrived she asked him for a list of the foods he planned to serve on this festive day.
Henri asked, "Do you wish a recipe of each dish?" "Why yes," Miss Kitty said. Henri said, "It will be a couple of days before I can get all the recipes on paper.
Miss Kitty said, "That s fine, I ll wait."
Henri brought all the recipes to Miss Kitty. She began putting them in order.
Miss Kitty said, "Henri, I would like to sample all these dishes again, so I can choose which ones, I want served at the party."
Henri asked, "All of them madam"?
"Why yes," replied Miss Kitty.
Henri asked, "When shall I start preparing these dishes?"
Miss Kitty said, "Immediately. Prepare a buffet style dinner, all this week, and serve some of these dishes on each buffet until I have tasted them all, then I can decide.
The recipes Miss Kitty will sample are listed in this book.
Miss Kitty loved all these recipes. When the chef had prepared all the international dishes for her to sample, she decided that she would have Henri prepare all of these dishes for Prince Albert s "17th" birthday party.
Henri was dumbfounded when he heard the order come from Miss Kitty.
It was on enormous task. He thought he would call Madam Lazanga, "Miss Kitty s most trusted friend and advisor" for help.
Henri said, "I know Miss Kitty tried all these foods while she was traveling, but there are just too many foods to put on the table for one party."
Madam Lazanga said, "I agree, I ll talk to Miss Kitty and I ll see you this evening."
Madam Lazanga went to see Miss Kitty to discuss the menu for Prince Albert s party.
Madam Lazanga said, "Miss Kitty how can you decide which foods you want Henri to prepare."
Miss Kitty said, I can t choose so I m having him prepare all of them. Madam Lazanga said, "what", there are just too many to have him prepare for one party.
Madam Lazanga said why don t I help you choose some from each country so you will have a nice variety.
Miss Kitty thought for a moment, then she said, "Madam Lazanga I think you are absolutely right. We can have some of these wonderful foods for Prince Albert s Birthday, and some others for another occasion.
Miss Kitty said, "Now that it s all settled, lets have some tea.
Madam Lazanga said, "Sounds like a great idea. You know, Miss Kitty, your guests will really enjoy these great international dishes. They will have a Royal Feast.

About the Book
Since Miss Kitty traveled around the world, she not only was interested in different cultures, customs, and folklore, but also the different and wonderful tasting foods she ate. In this book, Miss Kitty has listed her favorite recipes. These recipes from different countries are in this book. Photos from the different countries are also included. One of the photos of Peru shows a little thatched roof house in Manchu Picchu. This is where I sat and wrote the mysteries of Peru. What an experience.
About the Author
I am a 67 year old grandma. I have written the Miss Kitty series. Many of my books include my travel experiences, with an interesting story. I want to thank my granddaughter Jessica, Jean Pat S. Goodrich and Diane Welcher for their great artwork. Since I had no photos of Russia, I want to thank Wildman Eddie Colt of Global Exploration for submitting the Russian photos. Thanks Eddie.
