Heng Bo Hui’s report to Beijing notwithstanding, the Chinese—at last report—were still attempting to develop a vaccine, the work concentrated, ironically, in a Wuhan laboratory located not ten kilometers from where the worldwide pandemic began. Many of those outside China, also experts in the field, doubt they can do it.
Meanwhile, Covid Control continues its work and is making significant progress. More than 300 Bay Area volunteers have been tested and in every case the immunotherapy has been successful. While not yet the panacea solution that everyone is hoping for, prospects are indeed encouraging.
