He dismounted his beautiful stallion which was as white as the pure driven snow. Miranda had never seen such a beautiful horse. There was nothing on their ranch that could compare to his beauty. She found herself staring at both the horse and the rider. He never seemed to notice her at all. There was something about him that she couldn't quite put her finger on. Somehow he seemed familiar. She knew that couldn't be true because there was so much distance between them. He proceeded to tie his horse to the hitching post and headed toward a group of men standing in front of the Community Hall. He never looked her way as he passed by. The men seemed to be in a deep discussion but stopped talking as he approached. He joined the group and was shaking hands with them so apparently they weren't strangers. He towered above the crowd. Miranda found that she just couldn't take her eyes off him. Who was this mysterious man? She really wanted to know...

MEDICINE BOW... A NEW BEGINNING The beautiful, Dr. Miranda Sterling, moved to Medicine Bow, Wyoming, one year after the death of her husband, Mardi Carson. She was to become the town Veterinarian. Mardi had been the love of her life and she thought she would never be able to love again. She didn’t know what God had in store for her. Each year the town had a ‘WESTERN DAY’ at the local community center. Her friend, Karen Heath, introduced her to some of the local people whom she hadn’t met. First, there was Morgan, a Harley Davidson rider, who was irresistible with his boyish grin. Ethan, the Sheriff of Carbon County, with his charming ways made a big impression on Miranda. Last, there was Eli, the rancher, who had ridden in on a horse, just as if he was from the old west days. When Karen introduced them, he looked at her with cold eyes of steel. Who had hurt this man so badly to turn him into the cold man he was? Three men...each one so different from the other. Would they ever cross Miranda’s path again?
About the Author
Sally Campbell Repass is a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She has been married to her loving husband, Paul, for 10 years. They are going through a very difficult time now, as he battles Stage IV Colon cancer. Their faith in God, the love of family and dear friends, has helped ease the pain. Sally wrote and published a Children's Fairytale Book, 'PRINCESS KARI & THE GOLDEN HAIRED BOY' in early 2010. This book was inspired by her granddaughters, Katie and Campbell. Later that year, she published her first Inspirational Romance Book, 'FOR THE LOVE OF RACHEL'. In 2011 she followed with a sequel, 'RACHEL'S DAUGHTER'. Not being able to let go of the family she had created, she decided to write a third book. In 2012, 'FROM THE RANCH...TO THE ISLAND' was born. Her fourth book in the series was also published in 2012. 'BACK HOME TO MONTANA' is the continuing saga of the Parker/Sterling families. Now Book #5 in the series has been published. 'MEDICINE BOW...A NEW BEGINNING' brings about a turn of events. Book #6 will be the final one in this series. As the book ends, so will the saga of this family she has grown to love.
