About the Book
Rachel experienced the loss of her parents when she was 10 years old. Her single, Aunt Pat raised her and became a mother to her. In high school she met and fell in love with Mitch, whom she lost when he went off to college. Later they were reunited, only to be separated again. This time by death... Could Rachel ever love again? Many things happened in her life, some good and some bad. Only God could give her the strength she needed to withstand all the trials, and to let herself fall in love again.
About the Author
Sally is the youngest of three children, born to Warren and Ethel Aker Campbell in Marion, Virginia. She is a Christian wife and mother. She and her husband Paul, live in the hills of southwest Virginia. They have 6 children and 7 grandchildren. Sally loves to write, do family genealogy, read and spend time with her family. She and Paul are members of the Marion First Church of God, in Marion, Virginia. "For the Love of Rachel" is her second book to have published. Her first one was a Children's Fairytale, called "Princess Kari & the Golden Haired Boy." In 2008, she wrote her memoirs for her children, called... "My Life... My Children." She also wrote a short story called, "Memories of Dad." She is already thinking about a sequel to "For the Love of Rachel."
