Sofie Michelsen has a huge knowledge about all the parts of the Scandinavian cooking: the Norwegian, the Swedish and the Danish. She has grown up at two farms in Norway, and lived in Scania in south of Sweden, nearby Copenhagen and Denmark, for more years. Sofie therefore knows the traditions and the culture of this region very well, in addition to the cooking.
Sofie Michelsen is also the author of the book "All of Scandinavian cooking", which includes recipes for a variety of starters, dinners, desserts and cakes, and special recipes for seasons and Scandinavian celebrations.
Sofie has studied chemistry, philosophy and politics at University of Oslo, and has also a Master Degree in Economics from Lund University of Sweden.
