About the Book

Are you tired of being too busy or do not have enough time?  Then let this resource be a guide to some new insight on how to manage your time more effectively,  There are those who waste time and do not get things done, and there are those who would like more time in a day or in a week.

Time Management is not about learning to manage your time; it's about learning to manage yourself.  You can do that by being organized, focused, disciplined, multi-task oriented and learning to set priorities.

Motivation, stress, burnout, trials, setting goals and balance all have to do with managing yourself more effectively.  Which you will learn in this book.

Everyone has 24 hours in a day and 7 days in a week.  We are all busy doing something or busy doing nothing,.  Truly we all make time for what we want to do.  Sometimes we just need to say NO!

"I have time for whatever I need to make time for."

(Robin L. Rask)

About the Author

Robin is often referred to as the Queen of Time Management.  She believes that anyone can be a Queen or King of Time & Self Management.

Robin learned time management early on, but did not really master it until she began living on her own as a single parent.  When you are single or a single parent you are responsible for everything!  If the bills are not paid or other things don't get done, then you have no-one to blame but yourself.  Too many people make excuses for why their homes are dirty, the laundry is not done; the car is not washed, etc.  Obviously if it is not important to you then it will not get done.  It has nothing to do with time management.  It all depends on your priorities.

Robin believes that if she was able to make it on her own as a single parent working two full time jobs while keeping up with all the honey dues and have some occasional fun, then so can anyone.

We have to learn to discipline ourselves and say no to things and sometimes our friends.  Just like the person who had to loose 100-200 pounds, they too will tell you that it took discipline, focus and learning to say no.  It is amazing how much of life holds true to some of those same principles.
