About the Author
Florine Crews is a mother of two daughters, Tracy, and Trent; grandmother of three, Christian, Andrew, and Bethany; kindergarten teacher of many. She stresses the importance of reading and writing in her classroom, and loves to help her students develop those skills. Florine was blessed by God to receive a GED after she turned 40, then continue on to a Master’s degree at the age of 57. She has Early Childhood certification. Florine is now celebrating her 15th year of teaching kindergarten, and has also taught pre-school, 2nd and 3rd grades. It is her prayer that the Hector series will be embraced by readers of all ages, everywhere.
