About the Book

“A Father’s Love” is a contemporary novel about the super natural.  The difference is that this book is about the “super natural” interaction between our Creator (Our Father in Heaven) and his creation on earth.

It begins with a grandfather taking his beloved granddaughter to see an ROTC demonstration on an Army base, but rapidly escalates until it involves The Special Projects Command, the Pentagon, Israel, six Arab nations, the White House and most of all an all powerful, all knowing, incomprehensible, all loving God.

About the Author

The author was born in Ohio during the early years of World War II.  His family moved to a home in the country when he was ten and he quickly discovered a deep love for the wild and quiet places of the Ohio woodlands as well as a love of horses and shooting.

After a seven year stint in the US Navy as a Nuclear Power Plant Operator on various nuclear submarines,  he was selected for a position in the United States Border Patrol. The author served more than 27 years in the US Border Patrol with nine of those years as a Firearms Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Ga.

He retired in 1996, but was rehired two years later to once again teach Border Patrol Agent Trainees the art of defensive weapon craft.

In 1979 he attended a church service that forever changed his life. During that service he experienced a super natural encounter with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and suddenly found himself surrounded by the most incredible, incomprehensible, inexpressible love in the universe. That day he gave his heart and his life to the Lord and became “Born Again.”
