In the morning have breakfast at the Morada Bay cafe. Once on the road one will pass through Long Key MM7O and Conch Key MM63. Upon crossing the bridge over Tom's Harbor Cut MM61, Duck Key is on one's left. Here, one will stay for two nights at Hawk's Cay Resort (800/432-2242) or call direct (305/743-7000) reservations required. Once checked in, there's no need for one to leave for the remainder of their stay. Guest can use a near by golf course, go on a dive trip or swim in a smooth saltwater lagoon. There's also a rubber raft tour called 'Scratch and Sniff' that will take one past canals and mangroves into shallow water to observe starfish and other bottom crawling creatures. The resort has four restaurants, two lounges, pool, eight tennis courts and boating. A lavish breakfast buffet is complimentary daily. Romance runs rampant at this rambling West Indies-style resort. One will no doubt be sad the day they leave Duck Key, but fortunately, one has Key West to look forward too.

The romantic itinerary spelled out in this travel guide for lovers only, is designed for honeymooners, couples in love and married couples who would like to reintroduce romance back into their lives.
The itinerary involves a ten-night stay in the beautiful Florida Keys. (For lesser nights one can shorten the itinerary to their liking). One will be staying on four islands in five different lodgings during their visit, ranging from a West Indies style resort with a sandy Atlantic ocean beach, to a cottage tucked away in a jungle setting on the Gulf. Each lodging was carefully chosen for its romantic atmosphere, it also had to reflect the flavor of the Keys. The restaurants selected also have a romantic ambiance and lets one know their dining in the tropics. One's agenda for each day is spelled out, filled with the most romantic things to do and see in the Keys.
Nine pages of this travel guide are in color, depicting the lodgings one will be patronizing, and also to show the things and places mentioned in the guide, one will see while vacationing in the Keys. Colored maps of the Keys and a magnified street map of Key West are also shown, along with a timetable for Key West sunsets and a monthly temperature chart for the Keys. As one travels down the chain of islands, the travel guide gives a brief history about the more interesting Keys and identifies points of interest.
