About the Author

Travel Maven, Catherine “Cat” Nesbit, born in Oregon, infused at birth with a passion for movement that translated into travel. Coming of age in the dynamic era of the 1960’s, living in San Francisco, rejoicing in the Bohemian vagabond life Alternating school, work, two Peace Corps stints, and travel, she thrived in a life of constant change. Between travels came periods of deep dive involvement in music, theater, ballet, ethnic cuisine and bacteriology. Starting out alone, she became addicted to “free-range travel” and the freedom of unfettered movement.
