About the Book

This study manual is intended to assist the student of the bible or just the casual reader in determining whether or not they have a fi rm grasp of the topics, doctrines and principles discussed in the book manuscript. For, as the author has discovered over the years, that from time to time after he has read a book, treatise, position paper, or important, worthwhile literary work—he was often left with the question of whether or not he had acquired the proper understanding and insight of the work that the writer intended to convey. And with this thought, he often desired to have a means to test his grasp or understanding of what the writer intended to convey. So, it is here. About the Author

Named after the Archangel, Michael is the grandson of a sharecropper and the son of two preachers. After graduating with honors from North Carolina Central University School of Law, Durham, North Carolina, Michael was tutored by Elder C.F. Jackson, Elder Ivey L. Cowan, and Dr. Gregg Singer. In 1989 he laid the foundation for Damascus Church. As a bishop in the Emmanuel Churches worldwide, he has performed extensive evangelism and missionary work in South Africa and Alabama, USA. It is the Bishop’s hope that the publishing and distribution of this work will greatly enhance the work in South Africa and other developing countries who hunger and thirst after the Word of God.
