About the Book

The book consists of ten chapters that encompass all the topics related to praying upon the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). It provides detailed instructions and practices beneficial for every Muslim—parents, youth, teachers, Imams, and Khateebs. The book goes beyond merely presenting facts about praying upon the Prophet and teaching the best practices; it also emphasizes the importance of nurturing a genuine love for the Prophet, combined with glorification and respect. The author supports this idea by describing the manners and lifestyles of the Prophet's companions (may Allah be pleased with them).

The book focuses on cultivating and deepening the love for the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) in every believer’s heart. It provides guidance on how to send blessings upon the Prophet, the benefits and virtues of doing so, the best times and methods for these prayers, as well as ways to love and honor the Prophet .
The author has made an extreme effort to compile every Hadith related to praying upon our Prophet , expressing love for him, visiting him, and other relevant topics. Over one hundred twenty Hadiths have been included, with careful attention to their sources to ensure accurate narration. At the end of the book, the author included a bilingual list of various forms of prayers upon the Prophet 

About the Author

Dr. Bassam Amkeie is an accomplished educator, writer, and linguist with postgraduate degrees in education. Originally from Syria, he has lived across the Arab world and the U.S., enriching his expertise in Arabic language and pedagogy. A prolific author, he has published dictionaries, curricula, and Islamic works.
