About the Book
Dr. A.M.D. Sirleaf, the misunderstood Blacologist by culturally conditioned Eurologically trained Black Africans. Education, of course, is the vital channel through which culture is transmitted from generation to generation. In essence, it is the process which meaning is made from the experiences, both local and global, that constitute the fabric of human life. In most societies education is an instrument of control in the hands of the powerful; a means by which inequality is at best maintained, at worst exacerbated. The banking system of education in the context of many African or Third World Nations keeps knowledge in the hands of the few and reduces the many to apathy or despair through the twin strategies of information-overload and ignorance.
