About the Author

Jacqueline Kuhn

Jacqueline Kuhn is an HR professional with over 25 years experience in strategic planning, systems management, project management, HR service delivery, and general human resources. Throughout Jacqueline’s career, she has worked with organizations in all sectors global and domestic to create strategic plans around their Human Capital Management systems, as well as leading selection and implementation projects for all types of HCM technology. In her role at HRchitect, she oversees the strategic consulting group which encompasses HRchitect’s HCM systems strategic planning, evaluation and selection, and change management practices. Jacqueline spends much of her time with HCM vendors being briefed on their technology offerings, ensuring that HRchitect provides the most current information to our clients who are looking for new solutions. Jacqueline enjoys working with organizations to impact their HCM strategies through the utilization of technology. Jacqueline is a Certified Professional of Human Resource Information (HRIP). She is a highly sought after speaker at industry events and is published in professional magazines and journals. When she isn’t working with HRchitect clients, Jacqueline enjoys dog training and is also a classically trained pianist.

Renee Gross

Renee joined HRchitect in 2021 with over five years of HR practitioner experience. As a previous HR practitioner, Renee knows first-hand the daily challenges HR professionals face in delivering HR services to their organizations. In her role at HRchitect, Renee works with global and domestic clients to assess how well their current processes and technology stack meets their desired future state in alignment with business goals, whether technology and/or process changes are recommended and, if so, she manages the process to support her clients in understanding process change recommendations and evaluating their potential vendors. Renee is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), has spoken at conferences and partner events, and writes a quarterly Tech Trends blog post for HRchitect. When not supporting HRchitect clients, she enjoys the outdoors, hiking and camping with her husband or attending live music concerts and events with her friends.

Michelle Peart

Michelle Peart brings more than 25 years of human resources experience to the HRchitect team, with seventeen of those years spent at a global engineering consulting firm, serving in many capacities including HR practitioner, compliance manager, HRIS manager, and HR/IT business analyst. In her role as senior strategic services consultant with HRchitect, Michelle blends her practical experience with her predisposition for research and analysis to guide clients through requirements gathering, evaluation, and selection of HR software. Additionally, as a highly organized professional with a proven track record for developing and implementing new procedures, reducing redundant processes, and implementing efficient systems, she leads our pre-implementation offering, steering clients through a pro-active, focused project planning phase. Michelle is a Certified Professional with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) and uses her knowledge and expertise to contribute regularly to the HRchitect quarterly Tech Trends blog. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and their dogs, preferably in the outdoors, hiking, biking, and snowshoeing, depending on the season, or having less active hobbies such as reading, crocheting, and gardening.

Priscilla Sparrow

Priscilla Sparrow is a highly experienced change management practitioner who leads the human aspect of change by guiding the transition between the technology implementation and its impacts on stakeholders. With a strong track record, she develops and implements a disciplined approach to ensure project outcomes meet objectives on time and within budget. Her expertise includes applying effective tools and best practices, both domestic and global, that boost employee engagement, drive adoption, and align with organizational goals. Over the past decade, Priscilla has led change management on small to large-scale digital transformations, implementing various technology systems across multiple industries and geographical locations. In 2023, Priscilla joined HRchitect and currently leads the change management practice for all HCM implementation projects and oversees the change management toolkit and resources. As part of her role, she provides expert guidance and support to clients, actively contributes to the selection process, and is featured quarterly in HRchitect’s Tech Trends blog posts. Priscilla is a Prosci® Certified Change Management Practitioner and a Certified Change Management Professional with ACMP. She has been a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) – Florida Chapter since 2018. In her leisure time she enjoys relaxing at the beach and working on jigsaw puzzles.
