The message I've attempted to convey to the reader throughout this work, based on facts and often enigmatic interpretations of our history, is that the ancient gods and their appearances to Earthlings were nothing more than other beings or civilizations from the stars, who, quite possibly, traversed dimensional gates to 'visit' us. These civilizations contributed both technologically and scientifically to the evolutionary process of the human race throughout history on Earth, colonizing it. As time passed, these star civilizations came into conflict, and with the use of their powerful weapons—nuclear and biological—they left behind a trail of a global catastrophe, with the scenario of losing thousands of human and alien lives. The valuable testimonies recorded in religious manuscripts allow us to hypothesize that the effect of these wars appears at the root of myths and legends about the famous Flood. During the planet's colonization, these star beings constructed grand architectural works based on the knowledge of physics—electromagnetism—and astronomy, strategically building them in specific locations, dimensions, and coordinates. The purpose was to leave information about their star or constellation of origin, as well as their knowledge about the universe. After their departure, humans transformed these into sacred temples and their offerings into religious symbols. During their stay on the planet, they maintained among humans the so-called prophets, with the objective of disseminating this knowledge. These masters, formerly prophets, are now known as the chosen ones. Some of these star civilizations conducted experiments in the field of genetics and biology, where the abducted victims were human. Throughout history, humans have always reported the existence of strange flying vehicles, as well as in the seas of our planet. Today, it is understood that these encounters are not miracles or encounters with gods but close encounters. These encounters have their own classification, as has been described. Throughout our history, these sightings and abduction events were denied and censored by the highest religious authorities and hidden lords, owners of the power of world rulers. I've arrived at the 'End of the World' with religious controversies regarding human sin and sacrifice in the face of evil. Is this the true end? Is a civilization from the far reaches of the Universe approaching Earth, with the intent of initiating another conflict between humans and aliens who are already among us? Are we in a transformation called the 'New Era' of evolution for humans, as a result of direct contact with star civilizations that have observed and guided us throughout Human History on Earth? We don't know. One thing is certain, the future will provide the answer to what we are constructing here and now! Humanity is not on the verge of being invaded. It has already been invaded! The invasion is nearing its final stage. Great invasions don't happen with nuclear arsenals but in secrecy. In biological and genetic evolution, the relationships between star beings and terrestrial humans are no longer questioned. At this point, there are no longer two species. The hybrids will give way to a new race that has always followed in the footsteps of gods or star civilizations.

Since their creation, our planet and other celestial bodies in our solar system have received visitors from various parts of the universe. These visits have sparked the emergence of religions, legends, myths, and even civilizations that identify themselves as not native to Earth. Along with them, they brought genuine technological knowledge that has driven the evolution of Earth’s inhabitants.
In Gods or Civilizations from the Stars, author Antonio Alves seeks to share legends, myths, and sacred texts from around the world that describe these star beings as missionaries of humanity’s evolution, providing examples of civilizations that chose to colonize or temporarily reside on Earth. Alves also writes about his own experiences. In late 1979, while planning an evening meeting with a friend, he encountered a bright white light that had a profound impact on his life. This event led him, once skeptical of historical teachings from school, to reexamine the origins of humanity and religions and to begin his own research on the UFO phenomenon.
This study explores paranormal experiences and the idea that religion and ufology are two ways of interpreting visits from extraterrestrial beings throughout human history.
About the Author
Antonio J Alves, 58 years old, born in Vimieiro – Portugal – has dedicated himself to the study of Ufology since the age of 13. He traveled to the USA in 1987, where he resided until 1998 in the state of Connecticut, the year he returned to Portugal. He has been in contact with MUFON (Mutual UFO Network) until today, and collaborates with APO (UFO Research Association), where he gave an interview with the current president of the association. In late 1976, he arranged to meet a friend at night when he saw an intense white light that changed his life forever. Initially skeptical about historical facts taught in school until then, this event triggered a new perspective on the origin of man and religions. A self-taught individual, he dedicated himself to studying the phenomenon for years, resulting in this book researched until now. He often questioned: Why me? And why this book? Throughout his life, he received messages through dreams and unexplainable events, which he tried to share with family and friends. Acquiring knowledge far beyond classical science, he expanded, disseminated, and met others with similar experiences, sharing messages exactly as they were conveyed. Speaking at meetings among peers, he was labeled ‘the one about UFOs.’ Nevertheless, he never gave up. This work, the result of several years of research in Ufology, Archaeology, Theology, and Astronomy, emerged from a fusion of the content of manuscripts and a large part of the sacred Bible.
