About the Book

One day, my Grandma decides to try out my new roller skates. It doesn't matter that she is almost 100 years old or that she lives by a dirt road in the country. If Grandma has made up her mind about something, it usually turns out the way she wants. Brake! is a story about how you can be best friends even though you’re different, and how you’re never too old for adventure or too young to speak up.
