About the Book

Ever wonder what it’s like to be a child with a disability? To see the world as they do? What do they want others to know about them? This is the story of a young woman’s journey with cerebral palsy and how she is learning to live with it. Kaylee allows us to see inside the mind and heart of a teenager who struggles daily with disability. She is convinced that life can be enjoyable and happy even in the midst of great suffering and loss. She shares her faith in Christ and how He has been good to her in all her daily challenges. This book invites you to come along with her and see how God is good in all circumstances.

About the Author

Kaylee Hildebrandt is a 15 year old who was born with Spastic Quadreplegia Cerebral Palsy. She resides in Villa Rica, Georgia, with her parents, Josh and Bethany, and her brother, Eli, and sister, Madi. Kaylee enjoys painting and singing. She attends Mason Creek Middle school in Douglasville, Georgia. She is a member of Highview Church, in Villa Rica, Georgia. Kaylee’s desire is to encourage those with disabilities and others who struggle with suffering and loss. She is a Believer in Jesus Christ and is learning that her hope and strength come from Him.
