About the Author

I am currently a bilingual middle school teacher as well an adjunct college professor. I have recently arrived upon my 50th year of existence which, to a certain degree, has afforded me wisdom. So, after 50 years, I have come to the realization the time has come to start sharing the stories that inhabit my mind. I thoroughly enjoy watching football and rooting for the New York Giants. I enjoy exercising and reading books in my spare time. I have attended over 10 colleges in my life which was a marvelous and interesting experience that has enabled me to meet so many wonderful people throughout the country. I attended Hardin Simmons University in Abilene, Texas as well as studying in the Universidad de las Americas in Puebla, Mexico through Texas Christian University. I live in Wallingford, Connecticut. When the unfortunate events that emerged early last year regarding COVID-19, a quarantine was implemented as everyone has experienced in one way or another. An abundance of free time presented itself as the pandemic persisted for weeks during the spring. Instead of eating my way through the days that followed, I decided to bring my stories to life.
