Mihai is a phenomenal mentor with a very explicit mind. This book has helped me to transform my mind from a place of self judgment & dislike to a place of embrace & the desire for empowered living. My favourite chapter is 'Happiness', it really does set me up for my day & empowers me to be who I am.
