Polly Porcupine's Prickly Day

One day, a visitor came to the house and Polly overheard her parents yelling. It sounded like the yelling was about her. Polly was very scared and very confused. She thought she might be in trouble again. Slowly, she crept out of her room so she could see what was happening and better hear what her parents were yelling about. As she got closer, she heard a soft voice say, "You're not allowed to hurt your child." Polly's ears perked up. Someone was here to protect her? She crept a little closer. Sure enough, she heard it again. "You're not allowed to hurt your child."
