About the Book

Waltz of the Psychotics deals with the power struggle between two unhinged symphonic musicians. Amarah Zarcy is a fledgling violist in the Baton Rouge Symphony. The principal of her section, Reba Kane takes an immediate disliking to homely and timid new musician. As Reba plots to remove her nemesis from the ensemble, Amarah fights back in the only way she can. With the help of her twin sister, Celeste, Amarah cleverly deceives everyone around her to keep her coveted orchestra job. This epic battle of wills quickly escalates out of control, to the point of no return. As both Amarah and Reba’s realities slowly fade away, all-consuming insanity rapidly takes over, much to the demise of all who become involved with the pair. About the Author

Damien M Shindelman has been a professional oboist with The Phoenix Symphony for the past 34 years. He has used his unique musical experiences within the orchestra to create truly captivating and mind-bending tales.
