About the Book
Sound Beach is set in 1940 to 1945 time period. It was an Italian American community and I share some of my experiences during that difficult time. Come with me to a past, most have forgotten or never knew.
About the Author
I’m an 87 year old who grew up in Woodside, Queens New York. I’ve had a myriad of jobs, finally retiring from Verizon after 36 years. I started writing short stories, poems, odes and such as a hobby years ago. I finally summoned up enough courage to share my work. I hope you like it!
