About the Book

A detestable voice rang out. “Let’s just see what’s in the next room.” There was no time to wake up Victoria so I crouched behind the door. “Well who do we have here? If it isn’t Miss too good for others. Victoria moaned as boot kicked the sofa. “We should have done this a long time ago.” With only seconds to spare, I kicked as hard as I could where kicks were not received. “It’s the kid. Let’s get him.” The two druggies came at me. With a few quick punches, they fell into one another’s arms. When I turned around the tunnel master was on me like a disease. “It’s better this way kid. It has always been about me and you. Just waited for the right time.” With hatred and contempt, the tunnel master’s yellowish eyes glowed in the dark. His claws were out and ready to rip. Everything in me said run, but I stood and faced him.
