Are you hungry yet? Good, because I want to share some of the benefits of the food you eat from A-Z. While doing so, lets practice the alphabet. Sounds like fun to me. There are different types of fruits and vegetable and this little story will focus on four friends. One of the friends is different and questions if being different still matters….so now go grab a parent or a big kid and let’s feed our brains!

About the Author

My inspiration is my life. I grew up without a mom or a dad in Virginia. Many times, I wanted to give up on life because I felt like I never mattered. Thankfully every year after many heart breaks I realized my blessing came in different ways. I put myself through college and decided to give back to little girls and boys who mirrored me. Though it took me years to realize it; that Yes, Yes, Yes, I do matter too! I really do. Now as a Family Nurse Practitioner I want to share with you why the food we eat benefits you.
