About the Author

Deanna McKinney grew up in Tower Hill, IL, and ended up in Decatur, IL. When she married her husband Dave, he came complete with the cutest 10 year old green eyed blonde, Amanda. Amanda is now grown with two adorable children of her own...Rhemy and Theo. She and Dave share their home with dogs Jack and Susie, cat Missy, parakeets and chickens. Her free time is spent playing her piano and ukulele; reading; knitting; and hanging out with family and friends.
