About the Book

This book is based on the spiritual fortitude and endurance of our love for each other and a mission in the form of a trip. We could have turned around, cursed the god, and went home anytime, but we stayed the course. The shipped rocked, the winds blew, and the earth rumbled, but we stayed the course. My wife could have criticized and nagged me every time something didn’t go according to plan, but she didn’t; her silence was golden, and when she spoke, it was encouraging and backing, which made me strong in not letting her down. It’s hard to understand what is meant when it is said “Behind every strong man is a strong woman backing him” until you have lived and recognized it. Thanks, Allah, so much that I have lived to understand the beauty of Allah’s gift to men. Allah-U-Akbar Bro. Jesse Octavius Muhammad

About the Author

I was born in Harlem NY, later on in life I moved to Brooklyn, NY. I grew up without a father, but found out later that he lived several door down from me. I met my father when I was 15. It was me, my moms and my sister living a train stop away from (CI) Coney Island in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. I had a real hard time as a young man but mom held it down, as most mothers do. My best friend Reggie, May Allah be pleased with him and his family was a righteous influence in my life. I was put away for my bad activity to a place in Syosset Long Island, where I learned to ride horses, sledding, tobogganing, and all kinds of things children from the projects could never learn. In leaving long Island, the Division of family & youth placed me in a 600 school, Jim Thorpe (another school for hyperactive children with bag activity. I graduated, junior high, high School with mom’s belt, I mean help. I also graduated at The American Business Institute Accounting. Went from the scouts, to the Navy Sea Cadets Corp to the Military and received an Honorable Discharge. I was in Prisoned in Germany and in Rahway NJ, and while in Rahway State Penitentiary I met an angle, named Brother John Rajahn F. M. who save my live by the permission of Allah by introducing me to a man (The Most Honorable Elijah Muhammad and His representative, The Honorable Minister Louis Farrakhan and Nation of Islam. My Grandmothers words to me before she left this world was never to leave that Man, Farrakhan. The Minister has raised me into a positive well-made man for our children, family and humanity. My life is a testimony that Jesus Saves.
