About the Book

This is the fourth book to Mother’s Children. The sequel is Sinister, and the trilogy is Is There Something Wrong with Me? This book will contain some stories from the previous books to allow you to have some sort of idea on how I have reached this stage in my life and how important these everyday factors of life have affected my life. I have also included various poems from Poetry in Controversy, published in 2005, and other poems I have created along my journey throughout this book. I have literally become another person over the last twenty-five years. My identity has been molded by age, experience, education, and the loss of my mother. Whether it will be in this particular sequence or not does not really matter. It sometimes incorporates all the said things above at once or a little at a time. Regardless, all these factors make my life the way it is today, and the effects it has had on me made me the person I am today. Family and people have affected me greatly and have influenced my very actions in my day-to-day life and how I want to live it. That is because we all grow up together even though we are apart! It’s funny when I look back, and I feel sad when I think of the latest events. But my life has been a learning curve from the beginning, and it has been very interesting. It can be exciting at times and quite overwhelming, but it’s very interesting. If I had the choice to live it again, I wouldn’t change anything except for the preparation of losing the nearest and dearest loved ones. It has been wonderful and intriguing! As each experience came, I learned another lesson, and it was difficult but fun! (I say that with a smile on my face. Trust me!)
