About the Author
Using the pen name, C.F. Shaperel, the author is a successful writer, who is also an entrepreneur, veteran, and accomplished Master Trainer. Born in and raised in a small town in North Carolina, he faced many painful obstacles throughout his childhood. The traumatic experiences he survived are now used as a way to motivate and inspire others to overcome abuse, poverty, and depression. His love of writing began as a child when he came to the realization that he had a gift with words. And as a young writer his talents were recognized with numerous awards throughout his school years. He credits his strength and determination as the key to becoming the amazing, man, husband and father that he is today. In addition to writing, he has a career which focuses on training clients at all fitness levels, including professional athletes, bodybuilders, celebrities, and children.
