Jesus commands his believers to fast and pray in order to be in alignment, to know his will, and to hear his voice clearly. Prayer gives the believer access to the things of God, but prayer and fasting grants the believer dominion over the enemy. About the Author

Prophet Kenneth W. Handy came to know the Lord in 1981 and called to preach the gospel in 1983. He was ordained an Elder in the Church of God in Christ in 1986. He was anointed to prophet in 2000 and was called to pastor a church – the “Word of Life Deliverance Center” in 7 years. In 2015, he was called to be an apostle of the Lord and is now living with her wife, Barbara to whom he wed in March 2018.
