Sunshine the Miracle Cat

About the Book

Two little girls from the early seventies had brought home a helpless kitten. The kitten was badly injured. The oldest, Janet, begged her parents to keep it. Her birthday was coming soon, and knowing she wasn’t getting a birthday that year, she decided the injured kitten would be a lovely gift and make her very happy. When she had brought the kitten back to as normal as can be expected, the girls’ father told the children they would be moving very far away. However, the girls’ cousin was going to join them, and she owned a Doberman pinscher. Needless to say, the trip became a disaster. Sunshine, the cat, escaped and took off running from the dog, which frightened him. Janet went into despair over losing her best friend in the whole world and the love of her life until a divine dream came to her one night. Janet knew Sunshine was just fine thanks to her dream. She knew this dream had to have come from God. Since her dream, Janet knew she will indeed see her best friend, Sunshine, again someday.

This Book wouldn’t have been possible if it weren’t for Our Father in Heaven. Thank you Father for answering my prayer for witty ideas and inventions. When I prayed to you Father you clearly told me “write my book”. I now pray that God comes back in our schools one book at a time. My name is Janet Force I was born in Maine but raised in Texas and I’m 52 years old. I’ve always wanted to write books but didn’t think I was good enough. I was born with a learning disability! Can’t spell (thank you spell check)…I never read a book in my entire life up until 2014, I bought me a KJV Bible and started reading it in August and finished to the end in February the following year, 7 months. I at first couldn’t comprehen what I was reading, then prayed about it and asked God for the wisdom to understand what I’m reading and again my prayer was answered. Thank you Father. This book is a true story that actually happened to me. Religion wasn’t talked about at home. My father was an atheist and my mother just never made a big deal about Christianity. I know in my heart that our Father put Sunshine in my life. Not only was I humble about being happier with this animal for a gift but I have a pure heart to be willing to except the kitten for my birthday but also wanting to do my best to bring this kitten home and give him a loving caring life and I cherished every breath he took, Sunshine was the love of my life and the best, best friend I’ve ever had and some day we will be together again when I run my race here on earth. I had a very hard childhood and Sunshine made it easier for me because he was always there when I was upset or crying he always made me feel loved. Some gifts don’t have to come in a package or box, My gift was from Our loving Father, I hope you enjoy this book as I enjoyed the time I got to spend with this Miracle Cat named Sunshine.
