About the Book

The book is a short children’s fantasy centered on Melinda and her two brothers. Each of the siblings has a “special power” from birth. They embark on a journey through the woods and are transported by a mysterious black hole to a dimension similar to their own but increasingly and uncomfortably different. The three must pool their special talents in order to make it back home. The reader is taken on an amusing adventure.

About the Author

The author is a middle-aged mom of three and wife of the one who wrote this story for a very good friend’s niece. She lives near Roaring River in the Ozarks of Missouri and works at Walmart.
