About the Book

This book felt like a good friend. I recommend this book for people going through a tough time and who are ready to help themselves but don’t know where to begin. The success bridge on the front cover immediately felt as if this book would get me to the other side. There are lots of books out there telling us what we should be doing, and as a reader, I’m often left thinking, ‘Yes, I know, but please tell me how.’ This book is easy to read, easy to understand, extremely educational and packed with invaluable, powerful, inspirational instructions and suggestions. There is an awful lot covered, so much so it felt like The Good Travel Guide for Our Mind. However, the fact that absolutely everything was covered made this book so modern and refreshing in its view of the times we live in right now. Sandra, a self-help book addict.

About the Author

Janice Johnson is a practising Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist working in private practice. She is also a counsellor and life coach, and has an honours degree in Psychology. By helping people develop their personal awareness and self-image, resolve problems from the past, deal with any behaviour issues, and encourage success, she empowers them to create a positive future. Over the years Janice has worked with many people and this book brings together the knowledge she gained as a result, also extensive research and personal experience. Janice has three children and one grandchild. Whilst looking after her family, a home and working full time she studied for seven years to gain her qualifications. Having suffered the loss of close family she also became a bereavement counsellor. By making life changing decisions herself, she knows that to make any change is hard and even more difficult to put into action. However, the benefits far outweigh the effort. Her work is fascinating, fulfilling and rewarding, and in the process she has met some wonderful and amazing people.
