About the Author
Rod Scurlock was born on a ranch in western Washington. He served on a gunboat in the Pacific in WWII. He worked with ranchers and with Indians during his working career in the United States Department of agriculture and in the Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs. He is an avid outdoorsman and natural resources consultant.
