He made is primary, elementary, and high schools studies in Haiti, while the bachelor and master degrees were made in Puerto Rico. His master of arts was realized in education with concentration in Instructional Design and Technology of Education. The emphasis has been placed on learning and teaching processes, linguistics, design and implementation of instructional materials as well as on models and strategies of teaching. His bachelor degree was in Management and Accounting.
