Prof. Dr. Dr. Mrs. Goski Alabi is an academic, practitioner and an accomplished entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in Academia, Consultancy and Regulation. She combines and brings her experiences from the regulatory field, industry, consultancy and academia as well as her experiences on several public, private and international boards and committees to a compendium of leadership theories and cases.
Prof. Goski has a double Doctorate (PhD and DBA) in Business Administration, a Food Scientist and a Chemist by Training with an MPhil in Food Science, a BSc. in Chemistry, a Diploma in Education and a Chartered Quality Professional with the highest professional accolade CQP from the Charted Quality Institute, UK, backed by a decade and Half of experience in Academia and Consultancy. She is the founding Dean of the School of Graduate Studies in the University of Professional Studies Accra. Starting from zero to about 1000 students in five years in 9 distinct graduate programmes.
Prof. Goski is an Associate Professor of Management and Leadership with vigoruos involvement in international policy and standards development, four times National Delegate to the World Health Assembly, three times Codex Alimentarious Committess, and several ISO technical Committees. Prof. Goski was also a framework consultant to the EU-COLEACP as a Service Provider for Good Company Practices on the Pesticides Initiative Program (PIP) working with Fruits and Vegetable exporters in Ghana and is a certified Member of the Europe – Africa- Caribbean Liaison Committee (COLEACP) Inter Professional Association.
Goski’s areas of research focus are higher education management, leadership and governance as well as Entrepreneurship Education. Goski is married with two children.
