Since its formation, Nature’s Lifestyle Change System with its six- step formula had remained in an embryonic state. It was patiently waiting centuries for someone like me capable of tuning in to Nation’s wisdom intensely enough to respect the astuteness of the System’s development. To shake the six steps awake—and to do so at a time when they are needed most by society worldwide.
The time is ripe because according to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and other experts, a massive health tsunami is already upon us since two-thirds of adults and one-third of children in the USA are in health trouble simply because of their troubling lifestyles. In addition, the World Health Organization says that 40% of the world’s population is overweight or obese. These disheartening statistics are powered by lifestyle choices.
Let us begin by looking at the one and only challenge that Nature absolutely insists that you accomplish to have any chance of taking full advantage of improving your health according to her wisdom. That challenge is that you must change your lifestyle. Lifestyle changes under Nature’s wisdom mean changes in the two most important lifestyle areas, nutrition and movement. Within Nature’s six step formula are aids to provide you the support you need to make these changes.
Science is in agreement that the body is made up of eleven systems, (nervous, skeletal, integumentary, muscular, endocrine, circulatory, respiratory, urinary, immune, digestive and reproductive) Nature
lets all who will heed her wisdom know that each part of each of the body’s systems is equally important and have been designed to work together with all other systems for efficient functioning of the entire body.
Simply put, automobiles, for example, have systems similar to how the body was designed to function. We all know that if all auto parts are running efficiently the car will run smoothly. If one part or another is not operating up to par the car will not run smoothly or not run at all, depending on which part is deficient. It is the same with the body. If the respiratory system, for example, is not up to par, the functioning of the entire body will not run smoothly, or not run at all, depending on the extent of the deficiency.
In laying out her plan to focus on nutrition and movement, Nature pointed me to two qualities of success that she programmed into all of her creations. These two qualities are passion and perseverance. Passion and perseverance are Nature’s weapons of choice as they work in tandem with her to meet her own challenges. They fit so snugly into Nature’s six step formula that I coined the word passionverance to symbolize the fact that passion and perseverance
are more powerful when applied together to meet life’s challenges. Without both, challenges will go unmet.
Nature has already revealed the health realities that you struggle with due to your unhealthful lifestyle through her communications of pain and/or functional deficiency. Your doctor may also have uncovered Nature’s information about your health situation through examinations and lab tests. At any rate, you are well aware that it is time for you to get serious about your health. So this book does not preach to you about the importance of taking better care of yourself, especially now that you are older than you were “yesterday”. You already know the additional risks to health that aging bring.
This book lays out how Nature took hold and guided me all the way to super health step-by-step. It took me years to figure out and to apply Nature’s powerful passionverance secrets. The developmental work and the informal trials are complete. The results are all in. After 30 years of living according to Nature’s six step formula, I have gotten younger from the inside out at the cellular level, which is the most critical way to change, according to Dr. Henry S. Lodge, coauthor of “Younger Next Year”. Lodge declares, “Most aging is just the dry rot we program into our cells by sedentary living, junk food and stress”.
My healthier results are verified by official medical exams such as a healthy, strong resting heart rate that hovers around 28 beats per minute. A blood pressure reading that hover around 105/68. Femur bones on X-Ray show thickness rather than thinning as I age. Blood panels taken before and after a six day ultra-marathon foot race, I ran in my early seventies, showed thickening of my oxygen-carrying red blood cells in response to my muscle’s need for additional oxygen. These are but a few of the healthy results due to long-term lifestyle changes.
Know that your results will depend on your level of effort, the amount of time you devote, your desire and your beginning health and fitness levels.
