Then one of the Marines asked, “Dan, how is that bomb coming?” “It would go better if everyone would keep quiet!” Rebecca walked over to stand behind the case. She could see that it only had twenty seconds left. “Ah . . . Dan?” she said. “Sh-h-h!” Dan hissed. Rebecca stood there quietly. Twenty seconds turn to fifteen. At ten seconds, Dan yelled out, “Got it!” But the clock didn’t stop the countdown—five seconds, four seconds, three seconds, two seconds, and one second.

About the Book
The Fang takes the most notorious villains of all times—vampires—and brings an all-new twist. Vampires have become organized in groups to defeat their common enemy, Rebecca. To do this, they have come up with a plan to destroy her employer, the Vatican. Now, Rebecca must find the one man who is best equipped to stop them and convince him to come back to the Vatican before the vampires’ plan is enacted.
About the Author
Scott Williams was born and raised on a farm in Nebraska. He went to college in Denver, Colorado, for computer animation. He joined the Marine Corps in 1997 and served eight years with the Corps, with a tour of duty in Okinawa, Japan; a support tour in Afghanistan; and two tours in Iraq. It was in Iraq that he got the idea for the character Gabriel, and the rest of the story developed from there. After leaving the Corps, he worked for the government as a civilian. He started to work on the book in 2010.
