Daniel H. Marchi practiced programming and solving mathematical models as a “Mathematician Programmer.” The 10th amendment is actually a truism or in other words an axiom. The 10th amendment is a bounded single expression containing a constant “delegated power clause” and a variable “reserved power clause.” The 10th amendment is actually qualified as being a mathematical model within the Constitution.
