ALWAYS CARRY YOUR TORCH HIGH

There are 26 chapters in my autobiography, and begins with Family, Early Life, Education, Enlistment in the U.S. Army, Return to Civilian Life, Enlistment in the U.S. Air Force, Family Life while Raising Children. Physical Afflictions, Struggles after Retirement from the U. S Air Force, Lessons learned; Academically, and On-the-Job, Values and Balancing Business Life with Family Life, Travel, Foreign Customs, and much more. Each chapter has a valuable practical lesson, and the reader can gain insight into solutions to critical issues. The important thing to remember in facing adversities is that you are not alone. Call on God and He will bring you through each and every struggle. Find at least one mentor what is willing to guide you, and you will find that life will not be as difficult because you will have someone to guide you along the way. I had three mentors. One was from when I was eight years old, until I was thirty years old. Another mentor was for two years, and my third mentor was for one year. My autobiography reflects how the love of God and His Mercy is a reflection of His care for my future. In Jeremiah 29 verse 11 “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” The key words in this verse are: thoughts, peace, not evil, give, future, and hope. There is much to grasp in this one verse. It is saying that if God be for you, who can be against you. This gives you and I, a greater comfort in knowing that God is interested in our rising up, our lying down, and our prospering. God says further that “You shall prosper, as your soul prospers.” (Reference: The Holy Bible, Hebrews 12 verses 1 – 7 (NKJV). You too can experience the joy of life that God intended, and in your obedience to Him, you will be a role-model for others to follow.
