About the Author
Kellyanne Jones, the second of three daughters has been creating poems, stories and songs from the time she was a little girl. Kellyanne, often with her little sister Kristina before she passed away, would ensure that when family and friends got together, everything was kept lively with their personal, improvised and funny versions of many famous songs. Having regaled family, friends and church members with her poems and stories throughout the years, Kellyanne thought it was time to create her own books with her personally created poems and stories. Prayer Time is the first book of many to come and is very dear to her heart. Kellyanne lives on the beautiful island of Barbados in the Caribbean and is married to a very loving and encouraging gentleman Vincent. Together they have one daughter, Aria, for whom many of the stories and poems you will read were created. Kellyanne believes that God is to be the centre of life and that family is to be treasured. Kellyanne enjoys a weekly family night where her parents, Jonathan and Genetha (married over 37 years) and her older sister Kim and her husband Shawn and their daughter Skai get together to have dinner, play games and watch movies. Kellyanne loves to try new foods (especially spicy foods) and to travel, ensuring that she and her family visit the best In-laws in the world, Ruth and Anthony, every year in Canada. Kellyanne loves to write and finds great solace in a sheet of lined paper and a well sharpened pencil as thoughts and words flow to express inner thoughts, poems and stories.
