“……Except for the French Revolution, the Power also planned and executed the American Civil War …”
Now Anet interrupts: “America was divided into the northern and southern states. The North revolted against the slavery of the South. Was that not the reason for the revolt?”
“With the aid of the news media and books such as Uncle Tom’s Cabin the Power inflamed the passions of the North against those of the South. Following the defeat of the South President Abraham Lincoln of the North compiled a peace treaty according to which slavery was still allowed. Hence slavery was not the issue as we are made to believe, but weakening of America and control of her money. Lincoln was too clever for them and brought state money into circulation, the green-backs. For this sin against the Power their agent, Booth, assassinated him. Next the Anglo-Boer War was precipitated .…”
Helgaard objected at this point: “We were taught the war was caused by England’s interest in our gold and diamonds. Where does the Power fit in?”
“Replace ‘England` with the ‘Power`. The Power possesses a sovereign state in the heart of London, called The City. Should the queen visit The City she has to make an appointment with the Mayor. He meets her at the entrance, walks in front and she follows a couple of steps behind him. The Power has also bribed most parliamentarians. When Neville Chamberlain resisted war against Germany and remained passive, they dismissed him and replaced him with Winston Churchill, whom they bribed with £150 000. …. they caused the First World War……”
Arthur having listened the whole time attentively expresses his doubt: “Was the war not caused by the assassination of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, crown prince of Austria, and his wife?”
“You are right, but what you perhaps do not know is the Power sent the assassin. The war Germany would have won had it not been that the Power discouraged the soldiers with false propaganda and incited the workers producing weapons to strike. To crush Germany the USA was needed, but the Americans had no desire to be involved in a war with Germany. To convince the public the Germans are monsters they created an incident. They sent the ship, the Lusitania, to Britain loaded with explosives and passengers. The German ambassador warned the American government and the passengers Germany will have to prevent explosives reaching Britain and that they should not board the ship. A torpedo hit the vessel near Ireland. The explosives on board ripped it apart. It sank instantly with the loss of more than 1 200 people. By this the American government achieved its purpose to declare war against Germany.
The war was planned to weaken Europe, particularly Russia enabling them to import Communism into the country. Hence they caused the Russian Revolution and believed they could rule the world through Communism. Fortunately the Russians turned their backs on the inhuman system after three quarters of a century. To weaken Europe further they planned and executed the Second World War. It was followed by the Chinese War and instituting Communism in the East.”
Arthur expresses his disbelief: “You assert the Power caused all the bloodshed. They indeed have to dispose over extraordinary abilities.”
“The Power exists thousands of years, accumulated knowledge of human behaviour and possesses presently enough money to buy the surface of the earth”.
“I do not doubt what you are telling us, but how do they manage to lay their hands on so much money?”
“Initially they stole and embezzled. Thence they manipulated the share market. Having enough money to finance banks they founded in Berlin, Vienna, Paris, London and in Naples. Still later, using dishonest tricks, they obtained the reserve banks of the world, first that of England and the Netherlands, then America, Germany, France, Italy and South Africa. The banks print money and lend it to other banks at interest. For printing the money they receive billions in interest. Every country in the world is indebted to their reserve banks - the Power - and cannot settle their accounts, e.g. America owes the Federal Reserve more than $ 1000 billion.
“Since Wilson every American president has been a lackey of the Power. John F. Kennedy also tried to print state money and was assassinated. To institute Communism in China America betrayed his ally Chiang Kai-shek. 64 million lives were sacrificed. Next they elicit the Korean War. Pretending she was fighting Communism America accomplished nothing. Washington made the mistake to send Gen. Douglas McArthur to take control. He severed the provision lines of the Communists and cleaned South Korea.
“Truman, an agent of the Power, replaced him with weak commanders as McArthur did not play the game - only Communists may win and Americans must believe they cannot win. The commanders were prohibited to attack Chinese airstrips, magazines and bases. Chiang’s offer to help his ally in Korea was refused. The Vietnamese War followed the same pattern. The Power caused all wars and most insurrections thereafter. Blood of hundreds of millions are on their hands.”
Helgaard: “To return to what you said earlier, do you reject Democracy?”
“Indeed, Democracy is an outrage. Franchise is given to everyone above a certain age, irrespective of intellectual ability. Even morons and criminals may vote. What do they know of rightful administration of a country? Besides Democratic governments comprise opposing parties. Every party has only one goal - to canvass votes. One country should not have opposing parties. Government must contain only unanimous true leaders, that are leaders who rule in the interest of the nation and not only in own interest.”
Arthur, “How do you envisage it can be achieved?”
“Only leaders who proved they have the ability to rule receive the franchise”.
“How could they prove it?”
“In each department candidates have to succeed examinations in administration of their department to vote for a candidate. To qualify for ability to become a minister the candidate has to succeed more advanced examinations and obtain a Ph.D. degree in relevant subjects. Such ability receives the right to two votes. Only those with the franchise in one department may vote for the relevant minister.
Helgaard, “In a Democratic government corruption often occur. Would it be eliminated in the new system?”
“We will never be able to eradicate corruption completely. In this system, which I call Meritocracy, the possibility of corruption is much less as each member of government … has to perform well to avoid expulsion by learned men. …….”
Ingrid: “Your Organization aims at great reforms in dispensation of government”.
“Quite right and we Meritocrats aim at many other reforms in ways of thinking and actions but we will discuss it at a later stage”.
Ingrid: “We thank you for an informative discussion”. The other three assent to it.
Anet whispers to Ingrid: “I wonder what the man behind the voice looks like?”
Ingrid: “Definitely very intelligent, he has to be blond”.
Anet: “Does dumb blond not hold for men also?”
Ingrid: “Surely you do not believe that old wives’ tale”.
Arthur overheard it: “Do you know who founded civilization? The blond Aryans of Anatolia and Mesopotamia, the most intelligent people ever existed. I will not be amazed if the tale of dumb blonds originated at the Power to confuse whites.”
Ingrid and Anet giggle: “Just because you are blond you imagine blond people are more intelligent than others”.
Arthur: “I admit presently there are also dark intelligent people. That is because so much miscegenation occurred, …….”
