About the Book

The painter slash sculptor slash life repairer has just come to realize he may not be able to fix everything. Growing up under an abusive drunk for a father and a mother that hide behind him instead of letting him hide behind her; Rashad Tatum is now an adult and his child hood has decided to correct itself. Never able to help his mother, in order to forgive himself and find closure he helps others with their problems from all walks of life. He calls himself the helper. No case is too big or too small; that is until a weary father brings his wayward daughter to him that is beyond repair. What is one to do; how can a painter paint on an already used canvas.

About the Author

I was diagnosed with cancer when I was about 10 years old. I went from speechless to sounding like a helium addict. The squeaky voice didn't bother me until I became an adult. It took about three interviews to realize just because I had the skills didn't mean I had the voice. My speech impediment stopped me from getting so many jobs; although not told so I automatically knew it. I used to write a lot of poetry coming up; so I've always liked writing. Never got anything less than a A - in English. I realized two years ago that as a writer I am free of interviews; free of being disappointed. As a writer I am my own boss and only I can disappoint myself. I speak through my words I put on my pages and they really come alive. I live in Florida and I am a new writer looking to feed the world with words one book at a time.
