About the Book

AMERICAN – to breathe free, to live at Liberty, and to have the responsibility and authority to extend that freedom and liberty to all humanity, to protect and defend the defenseless, promote hope and prosperity for people everywhere, to be the stronghold where the message of our Creator’s great longing for us can be sent to all the world, this is why we were called, this is AMERICAN, this is “A LOVE STORY”. Read it with intentionality and contemplation and like me, fall in love with your nation once again.

About the Author

Robert D. Padelford was born in 1930 into the family of John C. Padelford Sr. and Hilda N. (Madsen) Padelford. Along with his brothers John Jr., Fred (Bud), and sister Lorraine he grew up in the rural community north and west of Peoria, Arizona where he attended Dysart Grammar School and Peoria High School He is a graduate of Arizona State with a degree in Agriculture – Production and Management. Bob currently is living in Glendale Arizona with his wife of forty six years , Barbara (formerly—Barbara Leona Howard). He has eight grown children –four of whom were born through a previous marriage to Phyllis Ann Barney who died of cancer in 1965. His greatest joy is found in spending time with his children and any of his twenty two grand children His golf game is fun and helps others to laugh a lot.
